After my 12-week treatment plan and some continued maintenance appointments, I’d estimate a 75-80% reduction in pain from what I’d been experiencing prior: deep stabbing, shooting, aching pain from my lower back through my glutes and hip down my leg. I’m sure it would be even more of a significant improvement if I had been consistent with the at-home exercises I was assigned. Simultaneously, I have experienced improvement from my cervical spine/comprehensive treatment as it relates to my chronic migraines. Decompression, red light, electrical stimulation, in-office physical therapy and regular adjustments were all part of this comprehensive treatment plan that has helped me. Dr. Stynchula and each member of his team were perfectly professional and personable, putting the word “care” back into healthcare in the very best way. Living here, I would not go anywhere else. I’ve been seeing Dr. Andy for over 20 years, and even today I continue to see him for maintenance care. What stands out most is that he genuinely focuses on what you need—not on selling you services. In a world where many healthcare providers can be pushy, Dr. Andy has always respected that you are your own advocate. He educates, gives recommendations, and lets you make informed decisions about your care without pressure.

After I was involved in a car accident, I was initially sent to a physical therapist but saw very little improvement. Once I switched over to Dr. Andy, the difference was night and day. His expertise, experience, and personalized approach helped me recover in ways I wasn’t experiencing elsewhere.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned from being his patient is the importance of regular maintenance and preventative care. We spend money on cars, homes, vacations, and countless other things, yet many of us neglect our health until something hurts. Office Staff always friendly.  Bright relaxing setting.  Treatments well thought out and administered.  A great place to get feeling better.  I guess I need to expand a little bit because I went to Dr Stinchula because if I walked up a slight grade and trying to walk each day, I would get pains and aches through my upper legs and my joints of my hips and my lower back and it was just aching egg and sometimes be painful. I didn't get it kind of a glitch in my hip needed to be worked on so I went to Dr. Andy and requested his house and with the treatments that he gave me and the exercises he gave me to do at home at work really well I can go out and walk that mile and not how they feel a thing it's been really great for me. I would recommend him first over any surgical procedure because if he can work, his miracle without Surgery, that would be fantastic.

Dr. Andy and the team at Mosaic Spine and Knee Chiropractic are great. I came here barely able to walk from lower back pain, and got expert care to address the root cause of my problem to get me back up and running. Dr. Andy and his office team are amazing.  I was in so much pain with lumbar spinal compression.  He put together a plan using spinal decompression, red light therapy, electronical stimulation, manipulation and exercises all to strength and relieve the pain.  Dr. Andy doesn't rush the process and makes sure your body is ready for the next step.  After 3 months I am now back to walking 2.5 miles a day and regular activities. When I first came to Dr. Andy I could barely walk.  The arthritis in my knee had become so bad that I could only walk stiff-legged. Stairs were almost impossible. The pain was so intense that I would just move slightly and I'd scream in pain. Rolling over in bed was agony. I went to my doctor. The options were cortisone shots or surgery. I thought I would never walk normally again.
It didn't just affect walking. It affected everything I did. Trying to get my leg over the tub edge to get a shower was a comedy of errors. I had to stretch my body over the sink counter and slide in backwards. Bending over was horrific. I started using a long-handled dust pan to put down cat food and used a grabber to do laundry. If I had to walk up a slight slope, I had to turn and side-step to avoid intense pain. Then we found Dr. Andy.
I didn't hold out much hope that he could help, but he felt he could, so I gave it a shot. He approached the problem very carefully and did not push me past my limits. Very gradually the knee got a little less painful until one day I walked in stiff-legged as usual. Upon leaving I felt my knee bend and suddenly I could walk normally. I yelled, "Dr. Andy, Dr. Andy, I can walk!" People probably thought I was crazy, but I was so excited. After a while I realized that I also had more stamina. I could do many more things without becoming exhausted. I told Dr. Andy, "You gave me my life back!"
Dr. Andy is truly amazing! He and his staff are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.  I can't recommend Mosaic Spine and Knee highly enough.  Give Dr. Andy a try.  You'll be glad you did.

I am extremely grateful for the care Dr. Andy has given me for the relief of pain from migraines and pain with my neck and back. He is a true healer that is professional and knowledgeable, who provides personalized care that goes beyond the adjustment. I no longer suffer from pain and can continue to exercise at home, now seeing him for maintenance. In addition, his entire staff is very caring and supportive. I cannot say enough great things about Mosaic Spine and Knee, Dr. Andy, and his staff. I've been going here for about 2 and a half years after suffering a back injury that left me in severe pain--I couldn't stand or walk without extreme discomfort. Dr. Andy put me on a thoughtful, individualized program that quite literally gave me my life back. The constant, debilitating pain is gone.On top of that, I had a nagging knee issue that recently developed that caused persistent limping, and he's resolved that as well. I now only need to go in about once a month, which says everything about how effective his approach is.
Dr. Andy truly takes the time to listen at every visit. He carefully evaluates your progress, your body mechanics, and how you're moving, instead of rushing you in and out. I genuinely hate doctor appointments, but I actually look forward to going here--because I feel incredible afterward every single time.
Thanks to his care, I'm back in the gym, able to go about my day without pain constantly demanding my attention. I no longer live on Advil, and most importantly, hope has returned. I'm no longer worried about how I'm going to get through normal daily activities.
